How long does it take to get my goods?

We are still a small company and orders processed and made generally fulfilled within one week of being received and shipping takes 3-5 business days.

 

What’s the different between standard and priority shipping?

Well, we’re glad you asked. First of all standard shipping is FREE and takes 3-5 days. Priority takes 1-3 days (after the 1 week fulfillment time). If you need a super rush order please email us at hello@vibratehigher.com

 

How much is being donated and to whom?

Each item we sell is associated with a particular charity. Each product page clearly notes which charity that is. The donation percentage rage is always a minimum of 15% and up to 100% of proceeds depending on the campaign. We will be releasing financial statements quarterly. Check back on the Pay It Forward page for more details.

 

What is your refund or exchange policy?

We accept returns on goods that are damaged or defective although we do a quality product check prior to shipping. We also exchange clothing for a different size, in the same style and color within 14 days of receipt of shipment. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days from the date of delivery.  

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unworn, unwashed, free of alterations and damages and in the same condition that you received it.

Vibrate Higher is not responsible for return shipping charges.
