Fitness Classes

Join us for energizing and rejuvenating yoga, dance cardio, and pilates classes. 

Yoga classes include all levels of invigorating & strengthening vinyasa flow which blends core work, power holds, arm balances, meditation, breath work & creative sequences. This class is designed to improve your endurance while re-aligning your body & mind. All levels are welcome as modifications are offered for accessibility.

Dance Cardio is a fun, total body workout that combines high energy, easy to follow dance cardio routines + body sculpting exercises. You'll tighten and tone your abs, arms, legs, and booty and burn tons of calories dancing to the best hip hop and top 40 hits. 

Pilates Mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.

Classes are donation based, pay what you can or nothing at all. All class donations benefit the Vibrate Higher Foundation's Mindfulness for All campaign which brings yoga classes + teacher trainings to communities in Haiti. 

Classes are currently on pause due to COVID-19.
