Arleen's Yoga Class!
Yoga is prescriptive and can change day to day based on your energy level, how your physical body feels, and your mood.
Join us on Wednesdays at 8am EST for an accessible, yet challenging, yoga class designed for YOU! Each session will have you moving on your mat, focusing on strength, flexibility, stamina, and safe alignment. We will work on tapping into the breath through pranayama and meditation in order to manifest a more mindful space within.
